Kelsey is a dedicated community builder who brings her caring nature, passion for children and administrative experience from corporate Calgary to her role as Director of School Operations.

A natural and driven leader, Kelsey has helped shaped Step by Step from the beginning. Kelsey was one of our original developmental aides in 2015 and has been a central figure during each stage of growth and expansion. She is committed to providing the best possible school experience for children in our programs.

Outside of Step by Step, Kelsey can be found coaching her twin boys in community hockey or out for a run with her dog, Lucky.
